03Experience

From operations to agentic engineering.

Three chapters that taught me how work moves, how software supports it, and how to build the systems myself.

04About and toolkit

Built by doing.

I moved from selling software to building it, with agents as collaborators and receipts as the standard.

I'm the founder of Calugaru Labs and an agentic engineer based in Salt Lake City. Most recently I worked on Replit's founding enterprise GTM team; before that I was founding GTM at Retool. Working inside those software companies—and then building agentic systems at Replit—made me realize I wanted to move from selling software to creating it. Today I help teams turn important workflows into useful AI systems while building texOS, a personal operating system for working with a team of AI agents. Outside of tech I'm into sim racing, hockey, photography, and golf.

Let’s build something useful.

A role, collaboration, hard technical problem, or ambitious idea that needs a builder who understands both the business and the system behind it.
