AI is turning operators into builders, commercial workflows into software, and multipreneurship into a practical operating model.

I'm the founder of Calugaru Labs and an agentic engineer based in Salt Lake City. Most recently I worked on Replit's founding enterprise GTM team; before that I was founding GTM at Retool. Working inside those software companies—and then building agentic systems at Replit—made me realize I wanted to move from selling software to creating it. Today I help teams turn important workflows into useful AI systems while building texOS, a personal operating system for working with a team of AI agents. Outside of tech I'm into sim racing, hockey, photography, and golf.
